Crowned French Cocktail Champion in June 2021, our talented bartender, Fabrice, is considered a magician by all of Ferme Saint Siméon's guests.
Dedicated to the quality of his creations, he is committed to finding the best products, to the delight of customers who enjoy coming to relax and savor one of his carefully crafted specialties.
From Élysée to the Westminster in London, passing through the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco, Fabrice now has 30 years of experience.
Recognized in his profession, he was a finalist in the Best French Bartender competition in 2018. He has also won several bartending competitions: fifteen in Normandy, seven in France, two in Europe, one World Cup, and the Golden Shaker.
