A l'occasion de la Journée Mondiale de l'Océan qui aura lieu le 8 juin prochain, Relais & Châteaux souhaite sensibiliser le grand public à la préservation des océans.

Engagé depuis quelques années avec Ethic Ocean, cet événement aura pour but de créer un menu durable autour des produits de la mer.

Notre Chef, Sébastien Faramond, sublimera alors le poisson de la tête à la queue pour ne rien gaspiller !

The 500th anniversary of Le Havre
