Chef Jacques Maximim (MOF) honors the Ferme Saint Siméon with his cuisine!
Bestselling author Jacques Maximin was elected Chef of the Year on two occasions, and was also awarded the title of MOF (Best Chef in France).
Also distinguished by the Michelin guide, the chef marks the beginning of a new era at the restaurant. He will propose different menus according to the season, and accompany the new Executive Chef, Sébastien Faramond, already recognized by his peers and who arrived at the Ferme on 14th November 2016.
